Witch Hazel
Good for cleansing cuts, grazes and wounds as an antiseptic water.
Can be useful for red, puffy eyes, apply to a cotton pad and rest on closed eyes, avoid getting witch hazel in the eyes.
Can also be useful in helping with restless leg syndrome. Apply to the base of the feet before bed.

I buy this in my local Natural health store.Have been buying it for months and is amazing! The product is of superb quality and it comes in a beautiful quality dark glass bottle which is obviously this way to protect the precious product inside.
I use it for many things but a favourite is to decant a bit on a spray bottle and use it as a toner which my oily skin loves.
I am highly impressed by the quality and recommend it.
