A fresh, clean blend of pure essential oils. The aroma will help give you a clear head. Perfect for colds, nasal congestion and headaches.
Use 10-15 drops in one of our deep dish ceramic burners, our Aromastone or Aroma Humidifier.
Add approx. 4 drops to a bowl of near boiling water, lean over the bowl with your eyes closed, cover you head with a towel and breathe deeply for 4-5 minutes
You can also add a couple of drops to a warm bath.
Or put a couple of drops on a handkerchief and place by the bed while you sleep.
Add a couple of drops to a fragrance free cream or oil and apply as a chest rub.
