*Orders that weigh more than 1.2 Kilos or have a value greater than £25 will require a signature on delivery.
Orders are despatched on the day after they are received. In some rare cases such as extremely busy periods please allow 1 extra working day.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Natural by Nature Oils cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - OVERSEAS
Orders to overseas locations are subject to a shipping quote.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Natural by Nature Oils will refund or replace any faulty products if they were purchased direct from us within the last 28 days.
CANCELLING GOODS
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. Please give a returns reason of "Contract Cancellation". Please note that this does not apply to items that are opened or used.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We will not refund products that have not been directly purchased from us.
If you have a faulty item that you wish to return please send the following:
1) The relevant item(s) securely packaged
2) Your original Receipt or invoice
