Marjoram – from the leaves. Marjoram is grown in Bulgaria, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, Morocco and Tunisia.

This warming oil is useful for muscle fatigue and is helpful after strenuous exercise. Good to blend with other warming oils. It has an earthy sweet aroma.

Size: 10ml

USES:    Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Aids digestion by stimulating and strengthening intestinal peristslses. Also relieves intestinal spasms, heartburn, colic, flatulence and spasmodic indegestion.

Digestive Blend:  Marjoram 6 drops/Juniper 4 drops/Anise 2 drops.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM - Eases respiratory difficulties and clears the chest by helping to loosen mucus in colds and bronchitis. Soothes the distressing spasms of tickly coughs.

Respiratory Blend:  Margoram 6 drops/Benzoin 3 drops/Ginger 3 drops.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM - Promotes menstruation, good for period pains and leucorrhoea.

Reproductive Blend:  Marjoram 5 drops/Sandalwood 4 drops/Sage 2 drops.

NERVOUS SYSTEM - Sedative and tonic to the nerves, effective for states of anxiety and insomnia.

Nervous Blend:  Marjoram 6 drops/Rose 3 drops/Lavender 2 drops.

MUSCULAR SYSTEM - Good for muscle spasm and sprains. Especially useful for tired or stiff muscles after strenuous exercise.

Muscular Blend:  Marjoram 7 drops/Rosemary 3 drops/Lemongrass 2 drops.

EMOTION - Promotes restful sleep and dispels loneliness, grief and all forms of agitation. Marjoram is comforting, warms the emotions and soothes the broken-hearted. Marjoram diminishes the desire for sexual contact. It redirects excessive sexual ardour and reduces obsessive masturbation and nocturnal orgasms while also removing the fear of love.
