Ginger – from the roots. Ginger is native to tropical Asia. It is extensively cultivated in China, Guatemala, India, Jamaica, Japan and Nigeria.
A profoundly warming and comforting oil, which is useful for muscle fatigue. It has a fresh and spicy aroma.

USES: Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.
DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Has a warming action on the stomach and slows digestion.
Digestive Blend: Ginger 5 drops/Cardamon 3 drops/Fennel 3 drops.
RESPIRATORY SYSTEM - Ginger is powerfully expectorant, clearing the lungs of accumulated catarrh and mucus. Also good for congested sinuses or colds, flu and bronchitis, especially with chills or shivering. Benificial to bronchial asthma.
Respiratory Blend: Ginger 6 drops/Benzoin 3 drops/Frankincense 3 drops.
NERVOUS SYSTEM - Helpful for travel sickness and `morning sickness` in pregnancy, reducing nausea and vomiting.
Nervous Blend: Ginger 4 drops/Lavender 2 drops/Peppermint 2 drops.
MUSCULAR SYSTEM - Massaged into the limbs, ginger increases the flow of blood to the extremities for cold, rheumatic pains in the hands or feet.
Muscular Blend: Ginger 6 drops/Coriander 4 drops/Rosemary 3 drops.
SKELETAL SYSTEM - Very helpful for warming swollon joints aggravated by external dampness.
