Bergamot – from the fruit peel.

Bergamot is cultivated in the Ivory Coast, Southern Italy and Sicily.

A most refreshing oil and one of the oils that has a deodorizing quality. A calming oil, which is also uplifting.

Size: 10ml

USES:    Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Bergamot will stimulate appetite in cases of anorexia nervosa, and will also help to regulate the appetite of compulsive eaters.

Digestive Blend:  bergamot 7 drops/anise 3 drops/ginger 2 drops.

URINARY SYSTEM - Strongly indicated for all urinary tract infections indcluding cystitis and urethritis.

Urinary Blend:  bergamot 7 drops/juniper 4 drops/sandalwood 3 drops.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM - Effective for vaginal pruritus and leucorrhoea.

Reproductive Blend:  bergamot 4 drops/myrrh 4 drops/chamomile roman 3 drops.

SKIN -  Usefull in treating oily skin, boils and acne. Also effective for cold sores.

Skin Blend:  bergamot 6 drops/lavender 4 drops/ tea tree 3 drops.

EMOTION - Bergamot`s uplifting and balencing qualities are very useful for treating listlessness, depression and anxiety. It can encourage a restful, relaxing sleep at night. It`s sharpe, keen scent helps to instil confidence and aids in the recouping of emotional control by helping the individual let go and open up.
