USES:    Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Carrot has a tonic action on the liver and gall-bladder and is used for treating jaundice.

Digestive Blend:  Carrot 5 drops/Cardamon 4 drops/Ginger 3 drops.

URINARY SYSTEM - Promotes urine flow; beneficial for cystitis.

Urinary Blend:  Carrot 5 drops/Juniper 4 drops/Sandalwood 3 drops.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM - Promotes menstruation, useful for absent or scaty periods. also good for menstrual cramps.

Reproductive Blend:  Carrot 6 drops/Juniper 4 drops/Geranium 3 drops.

SKIN - Restores tone and elasticity to skin and helps to reduce wrinkles. Good for blemished skin and will benefit both dry and oily skin types. Carrot improves the complexion and confers a more youthful appearence.

Skin Blend:  Carrot 3 drops/Frankincense 2 drops/Neroli 2 drops.

EMOTION - Strengthens the mind and helps with doubt and confusion. Also useful for over-excitability and nervousness.
