USES:    Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Valuable for dyspepsia and sluggish digestion. Pepper`s antispasmodic action soothes the gut and restores tone to the lax muscles of the colon. Helps to ease the constipation caused by colds and cold weather conditions. Also good for loss of appetite. Acts as an antitoxic agent in food piosoning.

Digestive Blend:  Black Pepper 6 drops/Margoram 3 drops/Anise 2 drops.

URINARY SYSTEM - Stimulates the kidneys and can be used as a diuretic.

Urinary Blend:  Black Pepper 7 drops/Fennel 3 drops/parsley 2 drops.

CIRCULATORY SYSTEM - Pepper`s ability to increase the circulation (like ginger) makes it helpful for people with cold limbs. It is indicated where there is extreme physical or emotional cold. It is a sleen tonic. Useful for anaemia and bruising.

Circulatory Blend:  Black Pepper 6 drops/Marjoram 3 drops/Rosemary 3 drops.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM - Good remedy for colds and flu. The warming and expectorant action on the respiratory system promptly clears mucus. It brings on a sweat and can be helpful in the first shivery stages of a cold or flu.

MUSCULAR SYSTEM - Pepper is good for rheumatic pains.

Muscular Blend:  Black Pepper 6 drops/Coriander 4 drops/Lavender 3 drops.
